Quick Start Guide:
- Mount the Tower: Secure the tower onto your refrigerator, mini-fridge, or keezer. If needed, drill a small hole to guide the beverage line into the refrigerated space.
- Clean the System: Use the Cold Brew Cleaning & Sanitizing Kit to thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment, ensuring it’s ready for use.
- Fill the Keg: After cleaning, pour your cold brew into the keg and securely seal it using the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
- Connect the Draft Line: Attach the draft line to the keg’s liquid outpost using the ball lock connection. Ensure the tower faucet is closed during this step.
- Attach the Nitrogen Regulator: Connect the nitrogen regulator to a filled nitrogen tank. Slowly open the tank valve to provide pressure.
- Connect the Gas Line: Attach the gas line to the Quick Cascade Lid on the keg for seamless nitrogen flow.
- Adjust the Pressure: Open the regulator shut-off valve and gradually increase the pressure to the keg by turning the adjustment screw clockwise. The recommended pressure range is 35-45 psi.
- Nitrogenate the Coffee: Let the keg rest for 15-30 minutes to achieve optimal nitrogenation.
