Quick Start Guide:

• Mount the Tower: Secure the tower to your refrigerator, mini-fridge, or keezer. You’ll need to drill a hole to run the beverage line from the tower into the refrigerated space.
• Clean Your Equipment: Thoroughly clean your keg and draft system. For best results, we recommend using the 1-2 Cold Brew Cleaning & Sanitizing Kit.
• Fill the Keg: After cleaning, fill the keg with cold brew coffee and seal it tightly with the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
• Connect the Draft Line: Attach the draft line to the keg’s liquid-out post using the ball lock connection. Make sure the tower faucet is turned off.
• Set Up the Nitrogen Tank: Attach the regulator to your nitrogen tank (ensure it’s filled). Slowly open the nitrogen valve to pressurize the regulator.
• Attach the Gas Line: Connect the gas line to the Quick Cascade Lid on the keg.
• Adjust the Pressure: Open the regulator’s shut-off valve and gradually turn the pressure screw clockwise to increase pressure. To decrease pressure, turn it counterclockwise.
• Nitrogenate the Coffee: Once the pressure reaches 35-45 psi, let the keg sit for 15-30 minutes to infuse the coffee with nitrogen.
